I've spent 25 years designing and building digital products at the intersection of human behavior and emerging technology. At Expedia, I shipped Romie — the company's first generative AI travel agent — and invented Trip Matching, which turns an Instagram Reel into a bookable itinerary. Both earned press coverage in TechCrunch, the New York Times, and Condé Nast Traveller. I hold a granted patent and three pending applications. I've built agentic systems from scratch — not just designed them.
